We use this information to improve the content of our Web page and to customize the content and/or layout of our page for you based on the information you provide (such as your browser type).  To retain the information we collect, we use “cookies,” which store your preferences and record particular session information (such as the items you have in your shopping cart). Cookies also record past activity at our site and help us provide you with better service when you return to our site in the future.

If you give us your telephone number online, we will only call you regarding your online order. If you do not want to receive email from us in the future, send us an email at the above address and let us know. If you supply us with your postal address online, you may receive periodic mailings from us with information on new products and services or upcoming events. If you do not wish to receive such mailings, please let us know by calling us or sending us an email at the above address.

When you contact us, please provide us with your exact name and email or mailing address. We will be sure your name is removed from our mailing list. We do not share your email address, physical address or phone numbers with other companies or organizations.

Shipping & Return Policy

Packages are generally shipped within 48 hours after your order is downloaded and processed. International orders may take longer to process and ship. Orders placed on Friday and on weekends and/or holidays will not ship until the next business day.

All orders are subject to availability. All sales are final. No refunds. Exchanges may be made within 30 days if product has not been opened or used. Defective or damaged merchandise will be replaced within 60 days from the order date.

Shipping for DVD and brush orders within the US is $2.95.  A $5 shipping fee for DVD and brush orders to our Canadian customers.  Additional shipping charges are reflected for all other merchandise on the order form.

Most US orders are mailed through the United States Postal Service.  Large US orders or oversized packages are shipped via UPS.

All Canada order and International orders are mailed through the United States Postal Service.  We do not ship these orders via UPS.  Shipping cost on most International orders is $12.00.  Additional shipping will apply to orders over 2 lbs and on oversized packages. 

How To Place an Order

To find what we have for sale, just select a category from the index box called Products.  Then click any item for more information.  All the images enlarge if you click on them. 

To order, click on the Add to Cart button next to the item which you want from any detailed page.  This will add the item to your cart.
